Your Role

You will ensure that the advanced packaging lines perform optimally by:

• Accurately adjusting, operating and monitoring the machines so that each cheese is packed perfectly;
• Managing one or two production employees, ensuring a smooth workflow;
• Performing minor maintenance and troubleshooting efficiently to minimize downtime;
• Working in a 3-shift system, enjoying flexible working hours and attractive benefits.

Wat we van jou verwachten

• Technical background or experience in a similar position;
• Affinity with food or packaging (at least 2 years);
• Excellent technical insight and problem solving skills;
• Fluent in Dutch and/or English, for good communication with colleagues;
• A team player who combines hard work with fun, to achieve top results together with your team.

• A competitive salary between €3,029 and €3,321 gross per month (including shift allowance) based on 36 hours, tailored to your experience;
